Terms of Use

These Terms govern Sportsmeh, including sportsmeh.com, accounts, personalized feeds, and emails, provided by Sports Meh LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are under the age of legal adulthood, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement or use the service with that authorization.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information and use an email address you control. Protect that email account and do not share sign-in links or use another person’s account without permission. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Report suspected unauthorized access to support@sportsmeh.com.

3. Sports content and sample stories

Sportsmeh provides recaps, scores, player context, glossary explanations, and suggested talking points for general information and entertainment. Coverage depends on available sources and may be incomplete, delayed, corrected, or unavailable. Updates are generally daily recaps, not live scores. Following a topic does not guarantee coverage or email for every event.

Some content is selected or summarized with AI assistance. Automated summaries and third-party data can contain errors. Check authoritative sources when accuracy matters. Content labeled “Sample,” “Preview,” or “Fictional” is illustrative, not a report of an actual event. Our jokes about sounding informed are entertainment, not a promise that suggested remarks suit every setting.

Sportsmeh does not provide betting, investment, medical, or other professional advice. Do not rely on the service to place wagers or make decisions requiring professional advice.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Sportsmeh for personal, lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or rate limits, disrupt the service, or introduce malicious code.
• Impersonate others, misuse their information, send spam, or engage in unlawful or abusive activity.
• Extract or republish substantial portions of the service or resell access without permission, except as permitted by law.
• Remove ownership notices or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.

Ordinary search-engine indexing and sharing links to public pages are permitted, subject to our technical access controls and applicable law.

5. Ownership

Sports Meh LLC or its licensors own the branding, software, design, and original content. We grant limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to access and use the service under these Terms. This does not transfer ownership or restrict uses independently permitted by law.

Third-party names, trademarks, images, and materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation with or endorsement of Sportsmeh. We do not claim ownership of underlying sports facts merely by reporting them.

6. Emails and privacy

Account creation does not automatically subscribe you to newsletters. Choose optional updates in Settings and unsubscribe there or through a newsletter’s link. Requested sign-in links and necessary account messages are separate. Information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. External services

We use third-party providers and link to outside sources. We do not control external sites or guarantee their availability, accuracy, or practices. External sites have their own terms and policies.

8. Availability and ending access

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or coverage. We may restrict or end access for violations, security risks, abuse, or legal requirements, with notice where appropriate and reasonably possible. You can stop using Sportsmeh and delete your account in Settings. Provisions that reasonably need to survive termination, including ownership and liability provisions, continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not guarantee every error will be found or corrected.

To the extent permitted by law, Sports Meh LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits or opportunities, arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence, or limits mandatory consumer rights.

10. Disputes and general terms

Contact us about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive rights or forums available under mandatory applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. Not enforcing a provision does not waive it.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms and update the effective date. We will provide notice of material changes and obtain any agreement required by law. Changes apply prospectively. If you disagree with revised Terms, stop using the service and, if applicable, close your account.
